You may transfer your entry to another person up to 21 days prior to the event. No changes will be accepted after this date.
To make changes to your entry, please follow the instructions on the Results Base FAQ page
You can get to the entry Ticket through your Results Base profile or from the EDIT CODE link sent in your receipt.
15k participant transfers
15k swimmers can not self-manage transfers. The recipient of the transfer must meet the entry requirements for the 15k distance. Once the transferrer has identified someone to take their entry, the recipient should complete the 15k application form, making a note on the form of the person they are receiving the entry from.
Once received and reviewed, the events team will be in touch with next steps.
